Alfonso Iacomini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davide Miconi in the 20th minute of play. puteolana FC's Alfonso Iacomini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Cruciani in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute, Bernardo Cruciani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anselmo Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damiano Tocchetto in the 59th minute of the match. Frank Tocci came free with the goalkeeper in the 60th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Anselmo Miranda could save by the left post. In the 61st minute, puteolana FC's Armin Punta ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Anselmo Miranda. Anselmo Miranda yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. A collision led to puteolana FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. The puteolana FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfonso Iacomini should have stopped the shot. Andrea Melfi hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Anselmo Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damiano Tocchetto, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Popletum FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
