With a little luck, Rossetta AFC's Camillo Manzo got control of the ball when Aldo Bertoni tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Rossetta AFC booed when Gardolo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Mauro didn't get a good kick on the ball. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Flavio Pierdomenico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Aldo Bertoni managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gardolo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldo Bertoni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camillo Manzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Pierdomenico in the 69th minute of the match. When Emanuele Marinelli fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gardolo FC's protests and gave Emanuele Marinelli a yellow card for diving instead. Emanuele Marinelli kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Emilio Colombo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabiano Muzzolon hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute, Alberigo Grossi fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Dennis Arcari, passed just outside the right post.
