In the 11th minute, Ferruccio Mucci made a precise shot to the right of Edmondo Galdi. Montalbano's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Corrado Mori kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Alfonso Casale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Riccitelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edmondo Galdi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesare Di Paolo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amedeo Del Gatto hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Alex Riccitelli came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Montalbano's Alfonso Casale. But to his dismay, Alfonso Casale quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 32nd minute, Alfonso Casale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A hard shot 36 in the game by Alfonso Casale from a close distance when the talented Alex Riccitelli managed to make a qualified save. Cremona AFC's players were relieved. 37 minutes into the match, Cremona AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Casale came free, but Alex Riccitelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Moretti in the 41st minute of play forced Montalbano's goalkeeper Edmondo Galdi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmondo Galdi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fortunato Di Loreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alberto Moretti was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Cremona AFC's Ferruccio Mucci nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edmondo Galdi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Fausto Brandolini charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fausto Brandolini the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Montalbano booed when Cremona AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Brandolini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edmondo Galdi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ferruccio Mucci in the 71st minute. Montalbano's Edmondo Galdi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Montalbano from getting a goal against them. Alfonso Casale recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 78 minutes, Alfonso Casale managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Montalbano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfonso Casale was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cremona AFC's Fausto Brandolini got his second yellow card of the match in the 80th minute. The referee ordered Fausto Brandolini off the ground. Fausto Brandolini hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. The supporters of Montalbano booed when Cremona AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eraldo Biagetti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cremona AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
