Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Camillo Trasatti got the match started through his kick off. Corrado Del Duca took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fabrizio Scoca. toffy AC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Concetto De Bettin got free with Fabrizio Scoca in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 12 minutes into the match, Attilio Cucci had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amerigo Polito. Mortizza's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Attilio Cucci was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 17th minute, Concetto De Bettin fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 19 minutes in the game, Augusto Limitone fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Fabrizio Scoca having to interfere. Augusto Limitone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabrizio Scoca having to interfere. If Augusto Limitone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Concetto De Bettin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabrizio Scoca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Attilio Cucci managed to get in a good position for a shot. toffy AC's supporters rose to their feet, but Attilio Cucci was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amerigo Polito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 31 played minutes Mortizza got a freekick which was hit by Edmondo Luciano. Camillo Trasatti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the game, Emilio Di Fabio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. toffy AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mortizza the free kick. After 35 played minutes toffy AC got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Di Fabio. Concetto De Bettin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Fabrizio Scoca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Augusto Limitone received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fabrizio Scoca came out and tried to block the shot, but Augusto Limitone slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 38th minute. After 41 minutes, Eugenio Zulli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the toffy AC and the Mortizza players grew even worse after the yellow card. Eugenio Zulli kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Augusto Limitone got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 45 minutes, Concetto De Bettin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mortizza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Concetto De Bettin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabrizio Scoca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Limitone in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Augusto Limitone made a kick off. After 51 played minutes toffy AC got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Zulli. Mortizza's Amerigo Polito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Mortizza from getting a goal against them. Fabrizio Scoca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Limitone in the 68th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Concetto De Bettin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind toffy AC's goalkeeper Fabrizio Scoca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in toffy AC's zone, Augusto Limitone stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabrizio Scoca came out of the goal and Augusto Limitone tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 78 minutes into the game, Frank Genovesi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. toffy AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mortizza the free kick. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mortizza's goalkeeper Amerigo Polito, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, Eugenio Zulli notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Mortizza's Amerigo Polito. Amerigo Polito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Camillo Trasatti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Augusto Limitone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Fabrizio Scoca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. toffy AC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
