Emanuele Brandini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emilio Santovito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beppe Niccolai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sestri Ponente AFC's Emilio Santovito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Sestri Ponente AFC from getting a goal against them. Filippo Del Gatto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emanuele Brandini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Delle Donne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuele Brandini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Delle Donne, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Beppe Niccolai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilio Santovito having to interfere. When A.C. Biassono's Beppe Niccolai in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sestri Ponente AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Emilio Iacovacci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Emilio Santovito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as A.C. Biassono's Beppe Niccolai slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emilio Santovito. That made the score 1-0 after 38 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Filippo Del Gatto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emanuele Brandini was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Arrigo Rondinelli struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Emilio Santovito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.C. Biassono. Emanuele Brandini came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Sestri Ponente AFC's Filippo Del Gatto. But to his dismay, Filippo Del Gatto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Fausto Delle Donne scored 1-2 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emanuele Brandini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 56 played minutes Sestri Ponente AFC got a freekick which was hit by Filippo Del Gatto. Emanuele Brandini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filippo Del Gatto in the 58th minute of play. After 59 played minutes A.C. Biassono got a freekick which was hit by Arrigo Rondinelli. Emilio Iacovacci's late challenge caught a Sestri Ponente AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. But to his dismay, Fausto Delle Donne quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. With a little luck, A.C. Biassono's Emanuele Brandini got control of the ball when Fausto Delle Donne tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in A.C. Biassono's zone, Filippo Del Gatto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emanuele Brandini came out of the goal and Filippo Del Gatto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Fausto Delle Donne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fausto Delle Donne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Emanuele Brandini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Sestri Ponente AFC's Fausto Delle Donne sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emanuele Brandini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 96th match minute, A.C. Biassono was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Oddi to maneuver through the defense. When %teams%'s Fausto Delle Donne was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-4 just inside the left pole, 97 minutes into the game. Emanuele Brandini was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot.
