An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberigo Niccolai in the 11th minute of play forced Sud Milano's goalkeeper Edoardo Porta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damiano Caporale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Achille Zangari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sud Milano's goalkeeper Edoardo Porta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Damiano Caporale as he didn't even see the shot coming. Damiano Caporale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Achille Zangari in the 91st minute of the match. Edoardo Porta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camillo Bonelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The nice shot from Enrico De Santis in the 96thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Damiano Caporale had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sud Milano had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
