Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Camillo Colagrossi started the match with the kick off. Ettore Di Fazio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ermanno Zaccardi, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. After a rather tough play, Mompiano's Alexander Giancristofaro got a free kick in the 8th minute. Carmine Alba took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ettore Di Fazio. Mompiano's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Alexander Giancristofaro kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Felice De Bonis kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Dave Polidori's late challenge caught a Borgaretto's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dave Polidori helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th match minute, Mompiano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dave Polidori to maneuver through the defense. Carter Ferrante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Carter Ferrante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Ettore Di Fazio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Borgaretto's Ermanno Zaccardi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ettore Di Fazio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 27 minutes, Eugenio Angelici mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Borgaretto and the Mompiano players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 27 played minutes Borgaretto got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Angelici. Eugenio Angelici got his second yellow card in the match during the 28th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 29th minute, Eugenio Angelici hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 39 minutes, Ferdinando Del Grosso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Borgaretto and the Mompiano players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 41 minutes, Camillo Colagrossi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mompiano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Camillo Colagrossi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 46 minutes, Damiano Puce mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mompiano and the Borgaretto players grew even worse after the yellow card. Damiano Puce hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carter Ferrante to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Mompiano's Alexander Giancristofaro got a free kick in the 56th minute. Christian Cesarini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Polidori in the 59th minute of play. If Dave Polidori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Camillo Colagrossi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Carter Ferrante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Ettore Di Fazio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Camillo Colagrossi struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Christian Cesarini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mompiano. Borgaretto's Christian Cesarini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camillo Colagrossi in the 73rd minute of play. Mompiano's Camillo Colagrossi collided with an opponent after 79 minutes. The hit was so violent that he fractured his nose and had to leave the field. When Felice De Bonis fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Borgaretto's protests and gave Felice De Bonis a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 79th minute of the game. One of Borgaretto:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mompiano:s goal. In the 82nd minute there was a penalty for Mompiano. Eraldo Pompilio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Christian Cesarini. 2-0. Christian Cesarini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Polidori in the 90th minute of the match. Mompiano's Ettore Di Fazio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Mompiano from getting a goal against them. Dave Polidori fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Cesarini having to interfere. Alex Carozza scored 3-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christian Cesarini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mompiano's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
