But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alessandro Caroli couldn't finish the play. After 9th play minutes Demetrio Del Giudice shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Alberigo Verdone and just under the crossbar into goal. Alessandro Caroli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberigo Verdone having to interfere. In the 17thth minute of the game Demetrio Del Giudice who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villagio Olandese Mira Maurizio's Alberigo Verdone was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Domenico Baldassarre kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Emanuele Gava fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberigo Verdone having to interfere. Alberigo Verdone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Demetrio Del Giudice in the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Demetrio Del Giudice in the 23rd minute of play forced Villagio Olandese Mira Maurizio's goalkeeper Alberigo Verdone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alessandro Caroli succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 36th playminute. A collision led to R. C. F. C. getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Donato Piermattei hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Enzo Bevilacqua to strike the kick off in the second half. R. C. F. C.'s Alessandro Caroli got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ennio Maggi's late challenge caught a R. C. F. C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ennio Maggi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th match minute, Villagio Olandese Mira Maurizio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ennio Maggi to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Villagio Olandese Mira Maurizio's Ennio Maggi got a free kick in the 58th minute. Cristoforo Basile charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 68th minute, Cesare Di Claudio made a precise shot to the right of Alberigo Verdone. Villagio Olandese Mira Maurizio's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Alberigo Verdone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ettore Ciarrocchi in the 79th minute of play. R. C. F. C.'s Claudio Monticelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Bevilacqua in the 80th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Villagio Olandese Mira Maurizio's zone, Cesare Di Claudio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alberigo Verdone came out of the goal and Cesare Di Claudio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Villagio Olandese Mira Maurizio's Alberigo Verdone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demetrio Del Giudice in the 83rd minute of play. Alberigo Verdone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Caroli in the 85th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Emanuele Gava's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alberigo Verdone was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. A collision led to R. C. F. C. getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Eugenio Perna hit a great ball. R. C. F. C.'s Claudio Monticelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulvio Mariotti in the 92nd minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, R. C. F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Bevilacqua came free, but Claudio Monticelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberigo Verdone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Demetrio Del Giudice in the 95th minute of the match. There was no doubt that R. C. F. C. were the better team. R. C. F. C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
