After 37 played minutes Torrete got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Proietti. With a little luck, Torrete's Damiano Fanfarone got control of the ball when Camiel Schellekens tried to sneak it across the goal line. Damiano Fanfarone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaspar Engelboorgs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexander Corsi's late challenge caught a A.C.R. Messina's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexander Corsi helped the player get up and apologised. After 45 played minutes Torrete got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Corsi. With a little luck, Torrete's Damiano Fanfarone got control of the ball when Camiel Schellekens tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marko Kopyl stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ciccio Martini came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Torrete's Alexander Corsi. But to his dismay, Alexander Corsi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Ciccio Martini was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Chants of Torrete echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as A.C.R. Messina had held the ball for most of the match.
