Alvise Pala's late challenge caught a Velate's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 80th minute, Claudio Allemandi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Filippo Angelici was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eraldo Quattrocchi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 82 minute of play. Anfilogino Riso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Finocchio in the 91st minute of play.
