With a little luck, Tragliata's Fabiano Briganti got control of the ball when Franco Zulli tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fabiano Briganti was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fedele Olivieri showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 18 minute of play. Anselmo Gaudino came out of the goal and Alberigo Zarrella tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alberigo Zarrella to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes Tragliata's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Biagio Salomone who took care of the corner kick. In the 56th minute, Franco Zulli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fedele Olivieri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Briganti having to interfere. If Alberigo Zarrella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Attilio Cabrini's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabiano Briganti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Disvetro's goal looked a bit too open when Alberigo Zarrella came free, but Anselmo Gaudino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Tragliata booed when Disvetro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Boccanera didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tragliata's Alberigo Zarrella got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anselmo Gaudino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enrico Niccolai in the 84th minute. After 87 played minutes Disvetro got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Boccanera. With a little luck, Disvetro's Anselmo Gaudino got control of the ball when Alberigo Zarrella tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Alberigo Zarrella managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tragliata's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberigo Zarrella was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anselmo Gaudino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Alberigo Zarrella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Anselmo Gaudino managed to avoid a goal in the 96thth minute, when Tragliata's Alberigo Zarrella fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Disvetro had won after a very even match.
