If Ennio Palone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Domenico Casale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domenico Casale might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edmondo Palumbo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Domenico Casale ran back to his position shaking his head. Edmondo Palumbo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ennio Palone, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 33 minutes into the match, Bestagno's goal looked a bit too open when Ennio Palone came free, but Edmondo Palumbo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dario Ragazzoni got in the 35th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Carlo Raniolo handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Dario Ragazzoni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Carlo Raniolo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabio Di Fazio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, A.S. Passo's Eugenio Di Domenico got a free kick in the 43rd minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ennio Palone made a kick off. Federico Diana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 52nd minute of the game, Dario Ragazzoni landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Filippo Ucci charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filippo Ucci the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th play minute Domenico Casale came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Edmondo Palumbo. 0-2. After having played for 62 minutes, Ennio Palone managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.S. Passo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ennio Palone was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Eugenio Di Domenico fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.S. Passo's protests and gave Eugenio Di Domenico a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to A.S. Passo getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Eugenio Di Domenico hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in A.S. Passo's zone, Fabio Di Fazio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlo Raniolo came out of the goal and Fabio Di Fazio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edmondo Palumbo made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Domenico Casale sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, A.S. Passo's Ennio Palone got a free kick in the 71st minute. After having played for 74 minutes, Alberigo Rosa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bestagno's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberigo Rosa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eugenio Di Domenico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Edmondo Palumbo made a huge save. Federico Diana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 85 minutes into the match, Bestagno's Fabio Di Fazio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlo Raniolo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 87th minute Bestagno were awarded a corner. Alberto Mantini went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Bestagno's corner Alberto Mantini fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Carlo Raniolo quite easily take care of the ball.
