Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Carlo Gentile kicked off to start the match. Cristiano Antonioni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camillo Cannone having to interfere. Bruno Tocci's late challenge caught a Gardolo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruno Tocci helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th match minute, Montemurlo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Tocci to maneuver through the defense. Bruno Andreozzi succeeded in the game's 15th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. In the 23rdth minute of the game Bruno Andreozzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gardolo AFC's Filippo Galeone was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Filippo Galeone didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bruno Andreozzi went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Ferruccio Santoro's late challenge caught a Gardolo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferruccio Santoro helped the player get up and apologised. After 32 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Montemurlo FC! When the match had been going on for 34 minutes, Gardolo AFC's Alvaro Marconi got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Camillo Cannone. When Bruno Tocci was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 40 minutes had been played. After 41 played minutes Montemurlo FC got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Tocci. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlo Gentile in the 43rd minute of play forced Montemurlo FC's goalkeeper Camillo Cannone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Comunardo Andreassi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filippo Galeone having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Comunardo Andreassi to make the kick off. Comunardo Andreassi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Filippo Galeone made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Comunardo Andreassi sent off a good shot on target. If Alfredo Giocondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filippo Galeone came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Montemurlo FC's Comunardo Andreassi. But to his dismay, Comunardo Andreassi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Comunardo Andreassi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filippo Galeone having to interfere. Comunardo Andreassi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Filippo Galeone made a huge save. In the 78th match minute, Montemurlo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fortunato Luciani to maneuver through the defense. Gardolo AFC's Alvaro Marconi couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 79th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Montemurlo FC. Camillo Cannone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlo Gentile, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Camillo Cannone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Antonioni in the 91st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlo Gentile in the 96th minute of play forced Montemurlo FC's goalkeeper Camillo Cannone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristiano Antonioni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Gardolo AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Montemurlo FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
