Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cristiano Silvestre started the match with the kick off. In the 5th match minute, Portofino AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonello Angelici to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute, Cristiano Silvestre ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eraldo Lemme was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Eraldo Lemme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristiano Silvestre's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emilio Scatena got free with Ferdinando Giampieri in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 15 played minutes Cassina Nuova got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Scatena. In the 17thth minute of the game Cristiano Silvestre who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cassina Nuova's Eraldo Lemme was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aurelio Rallo kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Ferdinando Giampieri made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Emilio Scatena sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Portofino AFC booed when Cassina Nuova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilio Scatena didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 30 minutes of play, Portofino AFC's Cristiano Silvestre made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eraldo Lemme was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Cristiano Silvestre's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eraldo Lemme was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. When Anthony Bontempi fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cassina Nuova's protests and gave Anthony Bontempi a yellow card for diving instead. If Emanuele Malinconico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the match, Portofino AFC's Cristiano Silvestre sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eraldo Lemme narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cassina Nuova's Eraldo Lemme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Silvestre in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anfilogino Scalabrino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gilberto Delgado kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Eraldo Lemme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuele Malinconico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristiano Silvestre kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eraldo Lemme. That made the score 0-3 in the 60 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Cristiano Silvestre's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eraldo Lemme was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. In the 65th minute, Cristiano Silvestre left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portofino AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. In the 74th minute of the match, Emanuele Malinconico tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Eraldo Lemme saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With his leg Eraldo Lemme managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when Portofino AFC's Cristiano Silvestre fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristiano Silvestre got free with Eraldo Lemme in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cristiano Silvestre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
