Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Carlo Del Monaco got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute, FC MARITTIELLO's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Antonello Rivera fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Carmine Di Domenico kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sacconago AFC's zone, Aldo Barducci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Davide Napoleone came out of the goal and Aldo Barducci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlo Del Monaco in the 15th minute of play forced Sacconago AFC's goalkeeper Davide Napoleone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlo Del Monaco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlo Del Monaco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davide Napoleone having to interfere. In the 32ndth minute of the game Alfredo Tullio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sacconago AFC's Davide Napoleone was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Antonello Rivera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Davide Napoleone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anfilogino Presutti in the 36th minute of the match. Carlo Del Monaco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Davide Napoleone having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Tullio in the 40th minute of play forced Sacconago AFC's goalkeeper Davide Napoleone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Llin Benito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonello Rivera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antonello Rivera made a kick off. Carlo Del Monaco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Davide Napoleone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Antonello Rivera made a precise shot to the right of Llin Benito. FC MARITTIELLO's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Sacconago AFC's Antonello Rivera got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 63 minutes into the match, FC MARITTIELLO's goal looked a bit too open when Antonello Rivera came free, but Llin Benito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, FC MARITTIELLO's Carlo Del Monaco dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Llin Benito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ettore Sammartino, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Carlo Del Monaco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Davide Napoleone having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Ettore Sammartino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Llin Benito. FC MARITTIELLO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ettore Sammartino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. FC MARITTIELLO's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Sacconago AFC had won, even though FC MARITTIELLO had held more of the ball.
