After a rather tough play, Royal Team FC's Biagio Palmieri got a free kick in the 9th minute. U.S Calcio Bovezzo's Angelo Cerrone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save U.S Calcio Bovezzo from getting a goal against them. If Arif Nihat Karasu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Arif Nihat Karasu sped through Royal Team FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alessandro Massa. The supporters of U.S Calcio Bovezzo booed when Royal Team FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermanno Banana didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Royal Team FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arif Nihat Karasu came free, but Alessandro Massa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emiliano Righi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alessandro Massa. Royal Team FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Arif Nihat Karasu came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the U.S Calcio Bovezzo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arif Nihat Karasu couldn't finish the play. Dino Villani kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Arif Nihat Karasu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alessandro Massa was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ermanno Banana got free with Angelo Cerrone in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Enrico Tonon fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Royal Team FC's protests and gave Enrico Tonon a yellow card for diving instead. After 44 played minutes Royal Team FC got a freekick which was hit by Enrico Tonon. If Cesare Ruggeri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cesare Ruggeri was the one to do the kick off. Angelo Cerrone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermanno Banana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. U.S Calcio Bovezzo's Arif Nihat Karasu got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermanno Banana in the 62nd minute of play forced U.S Calcio Bovezzo's goalkeeper Angelo Cerrone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Royal Team FC's Ermanno Banana got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Angelo Cerrone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesare Ruggeri in the 72nd minute of play. Angelo Cerrone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ermanno Banana, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. If Cesare Ruggeri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the match, Royal Team FC's Cesare Ruggeri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Angelo Cerrone narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Arif Nihat Karasu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alessandro Massa having to interfere. Angelo Cerrone didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Biagio Palmieri went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Enrico Macchione hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Royal Team FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while U.S Calcio Bovezzo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
