Concetto Vaiani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eraldo Di Falco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 15 minutes, Cristoforo Di Placido mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fc Allexandria and the Peppe Ferri Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cristoforo Di Placido kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Federico Antenucci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Pellegrini in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute, Ermanno Tofani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alessandro Bottega took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Federico Antenucci. Peppe Ferri Fc's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Federico Antenucci was a little too slow when Felice Vinciguerra got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 1-0. After some careless play in the Fc Allexandria defense, Ennio Lalli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Concetto Vaiani. The Fc Allexandria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Concetto Vaiani should have stopped the shot. 48 minutes into the match, Peppe Ferri Fc's goalkeeper Federico Antenucci had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christian Garofoli. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

55 minutes into the game, one of Fc Allexandria:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ferdinando Palmucci walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. When Felice Vinciguerra fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc Allexandria's protests and gave Felice Vinciguerra a yellow card for diving instead. After 60 played minutes Fc Allexandria got a freekick which was hit by Felice Vinciguerra. In the 65th minute Ermanno Bianchini suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. Arturo Bianchini charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arturo Bianchini the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 66th minute, Arturo Bianchini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristoforo Di Placido got his second yellow card in the match during the 69th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 69th match minute, Fc Allexandria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristoforo Di Placido to maneuver through the defense. When Ennio Lalli came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Peppe Ferri Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ennio Lalli couldn't finish the play. In the 85th minute, Eraldo Di Falco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ennio Lalli came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Peppe Ferri Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ennio Lalli couldn't finish the play. Eraldo Di Falco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Concetto Vaiani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Felice Vinciguerra was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 95 minutes had been played. A collision led to Fc Allexandria getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Felice Vinciguerra hit a great ball. Eraldo Di Falco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 100th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peppe Ferri Fc were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
