Fulvio Amadei's late challenge caught a Gaggiano FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fulvio Amadei helped the player get up and apologised. After 8 played minutes San Biagio got a freekick which was hit by Fulvio Amadei. San Biagio's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Francesco Taurino 10 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. In the 14thth minute of the game Felice Cinque who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gaggiano FC's Florian Del Nero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Felice Cinque came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the San Biagio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felice Cinque couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Gaggiano FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Cristoforo Gagliano hit a great ball. After 19 played minutes San Biagio got a freekick which was hit by Frank Stella. Enzo Gianfrancesco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francesco Taurino in the 21st minute of the match. A collision led to San Biagio getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Christian Ceccarelli hit a great ball. 27 minutes into the match, Francesco Taurino notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of San Biagio's Enzo Gianfrancesco. Enzo Gianfrancesco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 32 minutes, Francesco Taurino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gaggiano FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francesco Taurino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 35th minute, Fulvio Amadei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Fabiano Maldini came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the San Biagio fans jumped to their feet. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabiano Maldini stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The goalkeeper, Florian Del Nero, was totally fooled by San Biagio's Frank Stella, who 58 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Enzo Gianfrancesco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francesco Taurino in the 61st minute of the match. Gaggiano FC's Florian Del Nero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabiano Maldini in the 64th minute of play. After 66 minutes, Achille Rivera mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gaggiano FC and the San Biagio players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 66 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Gaggiano FC! Fabiano Maldini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Del Nero having to interfere. If Felice Cinque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
