The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, A.S.D. Aranova's Korneliusz Bialakowski got a free kick in the 5th minute. Korneliusz Bialakowski hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, A.S.D. Aranova's Victor Hilhorst got a free kick in the 8th minute. Armin Curti kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stepan Kulakovskiy in the 13th minute of play forced Vitorchiano FC's goalkeeper Comunardo Cosi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A.S.D. Aranova's Rodolfo Maciel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save A.S.D. Aranova from getting a goal against them. Comunardo Cosi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Amicone in the 21st minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Rodolfo Maciel successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ennio Di Gennaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Rodolfo Maciel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stepan Kulakovskiy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Comunardo Cosi having to make a save. Rodolfo Maciel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Ubriaco, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 40 minutes into the match, A.S.D. Aranova's goalkeeper Rodolfo Maciel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ennio Di Gennaro. Stepan Kulakovskiy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Comunardo Cosi having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aurelio Ubriaco made a kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 52 minutes, Comunardo Cosi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind A.S.D. Aranova's goalkeeper Rodolfo Maciel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Augusto Amicone ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Comunardo Cosi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a little luck, Vitorchiano FC's Comunardo Cosi got control of the ball when Augusto Amicone tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 61st minute Stepan Kulakovskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Comunardo Cosi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Armin Curti during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Armin Curti kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 0-2 became the score in the 65th minute when Augusto Amicone elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 76th minute of the match, Stepan Kulakovskiy tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Comunardo Cosi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Augusto Amicone came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the A.S.D. Aranova fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto Amicone couldn't finish the play. Comunardo Cosi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stepan Kulakovskiy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 82 played minutes A.S.D. Aranova got a freekick which was hit by Korneliusz Bialakowski. When Aurelio Ubriaco came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Vitorchiano FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurelio Ubriaco couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Ubriaco in the 85th minute of play forced A.S.D. Aranova's goalkeeper Rodolfo Maciel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute, A.S.D. Aranova's Stepan Kulakovskiy ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Comunardo Cosi. Comunardo Cosi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. Comunardo Cosi made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Augusto Amicone sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Vitorchiano FC's Comunardo Cosi got control of the ball when Augusto Amicone tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dino Tagliente hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The A.S.D. Aranova supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing A.S.D. Aranova would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
