Ermanno Tuzzolino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Corrado Di Iulio in the 17th minute of play forced Casaglia's goalkeeper Ermanno Tuzzolino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Corrado Di Iulio put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ermanno Tuzzolino. Emilio Croce kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Ettore Iannone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Frank Betti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Corrado Di Iulio in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ermanno Tuzzolino saved Casaglia from getting behind. In the 37th minute, Enzo Cristofari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Corrado Di Iulio took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ermanno Tuzzolino. Ermanno Tuzzolino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Damiano Cesareo's shot from long distance in the 45th minute was not bad at all, but Bacciolino's Frank Betti knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post.

Cesare Niccolai kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 54th minute of the game. One of Casaglia:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bacciolino:s goal. Corrado Di Iulio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermanno Tuzzolino having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Bacciolino's goal looked a bit too open when Cesare Niccolai came free, but Frank Betti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bacciolino's goalkeeper Frank Betti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Cesare Niccolai came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Casaglia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cesare Niccolai couldn't finish the play. Ettore Iannone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Betti having to interfere. When Damiano Cesareo fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Casaglia's protests and gave Damiano Cesareo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Casaglia's Damiano Cesareo got a free kick in the 81st minute. A hard shot by Alessio Di Sante from long distance, 82 minutes into the match, got Ermanno Tuzzolino's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Corrado Di Iulio managed to get in a good position for a shot.
