In the 35th match minute, Casal Palocco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Terrasi to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Ermanno Spano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alvaro Ali was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Franco Piscopo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94thth minute of the game Alex Fiordelisi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Casal Palocco's Alvaro Ali was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 94th match minute, Casal Palocco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anthony Persia to maneuver through the defense. Casal Palocco were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Grottaferrata FC to leave the ground with a draw.
