After 4 played minutes Borgo Di Ronta AFC got a freekick which was hit by Fedele De Marchi. Fortunato Paolucci blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amerigo Ascoli having to make a save. 12 minutes into the match, Borgo Di Ronta AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Schiavo came free, but Dave Cocca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amerigo Ascoli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fortunato Paolucci in the 14th minute of play. After 21 minutes, Alberto Cericola mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Victus Penta FC and the Borgo Di Ronta AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alberto Cericola hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Schiavo in the 25th minute of play forced Borgo Di Ronta AFC's goalkeeper Dave Cocca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Borgo Di Ronta AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Schiavo came free, but Dave Cocca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fulvio Di Maio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amerigo Ascoli having to interfere. If Alvaro Schiavo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Alvaro Schiavo made a precise shot to the right of Dave Cocca. Borgo Di Ronta AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 40 minutes, Edmondo Lizzi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Victus Penta FC and the Borgo Di Ronta AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Victus Penta FC's Edmondo Lizzi got a free kick in the 40th minute. Diego Sforza hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Alvaro Schiavo sped through Borgo Di Ronta AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dave Cocca. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alvaro Schiavo to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Victus Penta FC's Alberto Cericola got a free kick in the 54th minute. Fortunato Paolucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Amerigo Ascoli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fortunato Paolucci in the 57th minute of play forced Victus Penta FC's goalkeeper Amerigo Ascoli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dave Cocca was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alvaro Schiavo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 59 minute of play. In the 65thth minute of the game Fulvio Di Maio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Victus Penta FC's Amerigo Ascoli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Amerigo Ascoli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fortunato Paolucci in the 71st minute of play. Alvaro Schiavo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Dave Cocca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dave Cocca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvaro Schiavo, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Enrico Patrizi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dave Cocca having to interfere. Enrico Patrizi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Dave Cocca made a huge save. Fulvio Di Maio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Amerigo Ascoli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the game, Alvaro Schiavo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dave Cocca. Alvaro Schiavo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Victus Penta FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
