Alex Trombatore dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The audience was convinced that Aurelio Sciamanna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alex Trombatore was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Bianco Puce was a little too slow when Domenico Colaneri got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 2-2. Alex Trombatore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Sciamanna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Diego Cinalli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aurelio Sciamanna struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurelio Sciamanna got free with Alex Trombatore in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Serenissima FC's Alex Trombatore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eraldo Martinelli in the 92nd minute of play. Torino F.C.'s supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Serenissima FC had won, even though Torino F.C. had held more of the ball.
