Alex Trombatore was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After 32 minutes, Dino Di Fabrizio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Serenissima FC and the Anita FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Domenico Colaneri came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Serenissima FC fans jumped to their feet. In the 89th minute, Carmine Bosco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Domenico Colaneri might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aurelio Basso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Domenico Colaneri ran back to his position shaking his head.
