The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Florian Lauria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eraldo Marcucci in the 7th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eraldo Marcucci in the 9th minute of play forced Stanga FC's goalkeeper Florian Lauria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute, Alessandro Coscia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Florian Lauria was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Dario Romano kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Stanga FC's Florian Lauria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eraldo Marcucci in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Stanga FC's Alberto Franceschelli got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Florian Lauria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Coscia in the 34th minute of the match. Eraldo Marcucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Lauria having to interfere. Eraldo Marcucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, Montiano's Eraldo Marcucci sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Florian Lauria narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Francesco Costantini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alessandro Di Campli having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francesco Costantini was the one to do the kick off. Florian Lauria made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alessandro Coscia in the 56th minute. After having played for 59 minutes, Alessandro Coscia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Montiano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alessandro Coscia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabrizio Flocco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Francesco Costantini came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Stanga FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francesco Costantini couldn't finish the play. Fabrizio Flocco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Alessandro Di Campli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francesco Costantini in the 69th minute of play forced Montiano's goalkeeper Alessandro Di Campli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Eraldo Marcucci took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Florian Lauria to make any attempt to save it. Eraldo Marcucci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eraldo Marcucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Lauria having to interfere. Florian Lauria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eraldo Marcucci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Montiano's Eraldo Marcucci got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eraldo Marcucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Montiano had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
