Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Anfilogino Costanzo made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of Sporting Terralba FC booed when Cavalicco AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvise Paoletti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anfilogino Costanzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Emiliano Picozzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Cavalicco AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Anfilogino Costanzo came free, but Emiliano Picozzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emiliano Picozzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anfilogino Costanzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The audience was convinced that Eugenio Zoccali's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emiliano Picozzi was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Alessandro Pedroni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermanno De Rossi having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Cavalicco AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Zoccali came free, but Emiliano Picozzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Cavalicco AFC's Amedeo Ragazzoni got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 39th minute, Eugenio Zoccali hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Armando Di Vincenzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermanno De Rossi having to interfere. Ermanno De Rossi made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Alessandro Pedroni sent off a good shot on target. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Sporting Terralba FC's Eugenio Zoccali got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 57th minute, Ettore Molinari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alessandro Pedroni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cavalicco AFC's zone, Eugenio Zoccali stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emiliano Picozzi came out of the goal and Eugenio Zoccali tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Di Vincenzo in the 71st minute of play forced Sporting Terralba FC's goalkeeper Ermanno De Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 72 minutes, Armando Di Vincenzo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cavalicco AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armando Di Vincenzo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Alessandro Pedroni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cavalicco AFC's Emiliano Picozzi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Cavalicco AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 79th minute of the match, Eugenio Zoccali got a very nice opportunity to score, but Emiliano Picozzi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 87 minutes into the match, Cavalicco AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Anfilogino Costanzo came free, but Emiliano Picozzi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alessandro Pedroni scored 1-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ermanno De Rossi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cavalicco AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sporting Terralba FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
