After recieving a nice pass, Vigonovo AFC's Franco Giacomini tried to score from far away in the 4th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Augusto Muto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Davide Bosco's late challenge caught a Vigonovo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Davide Bosco helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th match minute, Signayes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Davide Bosco to maneuver through the defense. Angelo Alleva charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Angelo Alleva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Signayes FC's Angelo Alleva got his second yellow card of the match in the 16th minute. The referee ordered Angelo Alleva off the ground. After a rather tough play, Signayes FC's Angelo Alleva got a free kick in the 16th minute. Cristoforo Zisser kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Augusto Muto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beppe Citrullo having to interfere. In the 30th minute Augusto Muto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beppe Citrullo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Augusto Muto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Beppe Citrullo. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Augusto Muto was the one to do the kick off. With his leg Beppe Citrullo managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Vigonovo AFC's Armin Di Bernardo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Signayes FC booed when Vigonovo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Federico Fulgenzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aldo Di Leonardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amedeo Fracassi, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute Augusto Muto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beppe Citrullo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Amedeo Fracassi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Amedeo Fracassi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Aldo Di Leonardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Vigonovo AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Vigonovo AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
