Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Adriano Rossi took the kick off in the first half of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Afc Flajax's Frank Sciamanna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ennio Di Luca narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Afc Flajax's Aydın Boğataş proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Afc Flajax from getting a goal against them. In the 16th minute, Edmondo Tabacco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fabio Caponera charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabio Caponera the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Pontoncello FC booed when Afc Flajax was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Caponera didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Frank Sciamanna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ennio Di Luca was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 26 minutes into the game, Frank Sciamanna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ennio Di Luca was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 29th match minute, Afc Flajax was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Caponera to maneuver through the defense. Daniele Toninelli hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Aydın Boğataş acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 31st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ennio Corvo. Donato Briganti's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Aydın Boğataş skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Aydın Boğataş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Di Nucci in the 41st minute of play. With a little luck, Afc Flajax's Aydın Boğataş got control of the ball when Donato Briganti tried to sneak it across the goal line. The long shot by Carter Di Battista in the 44th minute really tested Aydın Boğataş's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Aydın Boğataş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florian Di Nucci in the 47th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andrea Padula to make the kick off. The supporters of Pontoncello FC booed when Afc Flajax was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldo Renzetti didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 53rd minute, Adriano Rossi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Afc Flajax getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Daniele Cardella hit a great ball. Flavio Bolognini might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ennio Di Luca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Flavio Bolognini ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpected shot in the 64th minute by Flavio Bolognini got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Adriano Rossi hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. If Amerigo Sorge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frank Sciamanna came free in the 72nd minute and tried to tip the ball over Ennio Di Luca, but to the joy of Pontoncello FC's supporters the ball went over. After a rather tough play, Afc Flajax's Flavio Bolognini got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 80th minute Donato Briganti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aydın Boğataş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 85th minute, Andrea Galli made a precise shot to the right of Aydın Boğataş. Afc Flajax's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. When Frank Sciamanna came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Afc Flajax fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Sciamanna couldn't finish the play. An unexpected shot in the 91st minute by Flavio Bolognini got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When the final whistle sounded Afc Flajax left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Pontoncello FC.
