Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferdinando Chiola in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arrigo Petito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Dino Ciarrocchi managed to get in a good position for a shot. AVOLA's supporters rose to their feet, but Dino Ciarrocchi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelo Chelodi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 12th minute of the match Eugenio Bevilacqua sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Angelo Chelodi skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Martignone FC's zone, Armin Pich stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelo Chelodi came out of the goal and Armin Pich tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dennis Corrente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Ferdinando Chiola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Martignone FC's Emiliano Dossena got a free kick in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, Martignone FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Ciarrocchi came free, but Angelo Chelodi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armin Pich's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angelo Chelodi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. When Domenico Ragusa fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AVOLA's protests and gave Domenico Ragusa a yellow card for diving instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dino Ciarrocchi made a kick off. Martignone FC's Ferdinando Chiola got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Angelo Chelodi made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Armin Pich sent off a good shot on target. 65 minutes into the match, AVOLA's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Corrente came free, but Arrigo Petito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Martignone FC's Ferdinando Chiola nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arrigo Petito made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Ferdinando Chiola took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arrigo Petito. Arrigo Petito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 77th minute, Davide Andreoli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelo Chelodi made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Armin Pich sent off a good shot on target. When Dennis Corrente came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Martignone FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dennis Corrente couldn't finish the play. 85 minutes into the match, Martignone FC's Davide Andreoli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arrigo Petito narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 87 minutes into the game, Martignone FC's Dennis Corrente nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arrigo Petito made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind AVOLA's goalkeeper Arrigo Petito, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Martignone FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
