Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fedele De Amicis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristoforo Giardino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Concetto Perna got free with Claudio Rocco in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Limbiate FC's Fedele De Amicis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristoforo Giardino in the 12th minute of play. Cristoforo Giardino might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fedele De Amicis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristoforo Giardino ran back to his position shaking his head. Concetto Perna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Claudio Rocco made a huge save. Limbiate FC's Fedele De Amicis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristoforo Giardino in the 22nd minute of play. Antonio Del Monte struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Fedele De Amicis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rebbio FC. In the 35th minute, Antonio Del Monte ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fedele De Amicis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. If Cristoforo Giardino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fedele De Amicis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Del Monte in the 42nd minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antonio Del Monte was the one to do the kick off. Antonio Del Monte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Fedele De Amicis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Limbiate FC's goalkeeper Fedele De Amicis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristoforo Giardino. Cristoforo Giardino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Fedele De Amicis made a huge save. 63 minutes into the game, Frank Schirru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Limbiate FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rebbio FC the free kick. 66 minutes into the match, Cristoforo Giardino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fedele De Amicis. Limbiate FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristoforo Giardino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Fedele De Amicis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Del Monte in the 78th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristoforo Giardino got free with Fedele De Amicis in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 84 minutes into the match, Limbiate FC's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Del Monte came free, but Fedele De Amicis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Antonio Del Monte dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fedele De Amicis, 1-4. Fedele De Amicis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristoforo Giardino in the 89th minute of the match.
