A collision led to Tomba Di Nerone FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Carlo Loiacono hit a great ball. Anfilogino Di Lorenzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alessio Melani having to interfere. 32 minutes into the match, Tomba Di Nerone FC's goalkeeper Alessio Melani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anfilogino Di Lorenzo. Adriano Abbagnale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlo Loiacono, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antonello Pilla during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Antonello Pilla kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. If Francesco Vanni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florian Fantozzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adriano Abbagnale having to interfere. Rupinpiccolo FC's Adriano Abbagnale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Fantozzi in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Florian Fantozzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Adriano Abbagnale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Rupinpiccolo FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Corrado Bravo hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 61st minute by Florian Fantozzi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Carlo Marchesani lost his temper 68 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Florian Fantozzi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Adriano Abbagnale made a huge save. Florian Fantozzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute, Rupinpiccolo FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Florian Fantozzi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Tomba Di Nerone FC's Florian Fantozzi got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Achille Fontanive was extremely unlucky when he, in the 83rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Tomba Di Nerone FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florian Fantozzi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adriano Abbagnale made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Achille Fontanive sent off a good shot on target. Florian Fantozzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Florian Fantozzi got free with Adriano Abbagnale in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tomba Di Nerone FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
