NAPOLI 1926's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Posatora FC the free kick. After 4 played minutes NAPOLI 1926 got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Fantasia. If Armin Grilli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the match, Posatora FC's goal looked a bit too open when Demetrio Staniscia came free, but Fabio Anelli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 14 played minutes NAPOLI 1926 got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Fantasia. The supporters of Posatora FC booed when NAPOLI 1926 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Davide Corvo didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Posatora FC's Fabio Anelli got control of the ball when Armin Grilli tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fabio Anelli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Armin Grilli in the 29th minute. Enrique Pimenta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franco Conte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Posatora FC's Fabio Vanni to fire away a dangerous shot which Enrique Pimenta despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a little luck, Posatora FC's Fabio Anelli got control of the ball when Antonio Fantasia tried to sneak it across the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, NAPOLI 1926's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Di Gregorio came free, but Enrique Pimenta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Armin Grilli made the kick off in the second half. Armin Grilli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Anelli having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Franco Conte made a precise shot to the right of Enrique Pimenta. NAPOLI 1926's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Franco Conte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Franco Conte struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Enrique Pimenta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Posatora FC. 74 minutes into the match, Armin Grilli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabio Anelli. Posatora FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Armin Grilli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. NAPOLI 1926's Enrique Pimenta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save NAPOLI 1926 from getting a goal against them. 84 minutes into the match, NAPOLI 1926's goalkeeper Enrique Pimenta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Franco Conte. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
