In the 10thth minute of the game Emanuele Bucciarelli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cimirlo's Ferruccio Colombo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emanuele Bucciarelli in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ferruccio Colombo saved Cimirlo from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Gentile in the 15th minute of play forced AC Milan 1899's goalkeeper Alfonso Nero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute of the match Florian Cardella sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ferruccio Colombo skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Emanuele Bucciarelli managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Milan 1899's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuele Bucciarelli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
