Fausto Schiavo made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Fausto Miranda sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fausto Miranda got free with Fausto Schiavo in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 40th match minute, Montecchio FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filippo Gargano to maneuver through the defense. If Ennio Cirelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fausto Schiavo was out of position in the 47 minute of play, and Emiliano Furia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Emiliano Furia really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Davide Helfer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ennio Cirelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. With a little luck, Montecchio FC's Davide Helfer got control of the ball when Daniele Felice tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Montecchio FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Federico Sacchetti hit a great ball. If Daniele Felice had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Montecchio FC booed when Santa Agnese FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edoardo Pacella didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Emiliano Furia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
