After a rather tough play, Settequerce's Dario Costanzo got a free kick in the 4th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Borgo Bainsizza's goal looked a bit too open when Alvise Petruzzi came free, but Eraldo Caneva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enrico Genovesi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eraldo Caneva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Eugenio Di Lillo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Borgo Bainsizza's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Settequerce the free kick. In the 26th minute, Eugenio Di Lillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alvise Petruzzi struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Eraldo Caneva didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Settequerce. If Armin Schiacciacasse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enzo Vulcano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felice Fantini in the 34th minute of play. Armin Schiacciacasse struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Enzo Vulcano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Borgo Bainsizza. Ferruccio Scalia kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Fabiano Cesarini took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Enzo Vulcano. Settequerce's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 44th minute, Felice Fantini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Felice Fantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Enzo Vulcano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armin Schiacciacasse in the 51st minute of the match. Enzo Vulcano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armin Schiacciacasse in the 53rd minute of play. In the 59th minute, one of Settequerce:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Settequerce. If Enrico Genovesi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the match, Borgo Bainsizza's Armin Schiacciacasse sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enzo Vulcano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 71st match minute, Settequerce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Ferraro to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute, Bruno Ferraro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute, Armin Schiacciacasse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ferruccio Scalia hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Enzo Vulcano came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Borgo Bainsizza's Felice Fantini. But to his dismay, Felice Fantini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 86 minutes into the game, one of Settequerce:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Enzo Vulcano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabiano Cesarini went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Carmine Borgatello's late challenge caught a Settequerce's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carmine Borgatello helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Borgo Bainsizza's Carmine Borgatello got a free kick in the 95th minute. Carmine Borgatello was shown his second yellow card after 97 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 98th match minute, Borgo Bainsizza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carmine Borgatello to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvise Petruzzi in the 99th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eraldo Caneva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Armin Schiacciacasse charged in rather forcefully in the 100th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Armin Schiacciacasse the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Armin Schiacciacasse hit a great freekick 100 minutes into the match. In the 101st minute, Borgo Bainsizza's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Enrico Genovesi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Settequerce's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
