Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Frank Nobile kicked off to start the match. Angelo Melchiorre came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Calafuria FC's Ciccio Schirru. But to his dismay, Ciccio Schirru quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Armin Fiore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 8 minutes into the match, Saronno's goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Catapano came free, but Angelo Melchiorre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 11 played minutes Calafuria FC got a freekick which was hit by Anfilogino Marzoli. With a little luck, Calafuria FC's Adriano Frezza got control of the ball when Dario Amatori tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Calafuria FC's zone, Damiano Eleuteri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adriano Frezza came out of the goal and Damiano Eleuteri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Frank Nobile's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adriano Frezza was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anfilogino Marzoli during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
