Franco Salomone hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Ennio Crisantemo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Viganego's Ronnie Carter got a free kick in the 11th minute. Fausto Boldrini's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cesare Fabrizi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute Donato Santalucia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesare Fabrizi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felice Morini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ennio Crisantemo's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Viganego's Cesare Fabrizi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Santalucia in the 21st minute of play. Ennio Crisantemo might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Felice Morini. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ennio Crisantemo ran back to his position shaking his head. Ronnie Carter kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Cesare Fabrizi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Donato Santalucia's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Cesare Fabrizi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Santalucia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Certenoli FC's goalkeeper Felice Morini had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 康俊剑. 康俊剑 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anthony Gaudino struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Felice Morini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Viganego. After a defensive mix-up in Viganego's zone, Donato Santalucia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cesare Fabrizi came out of the goal and Donato Santalucia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 48 minutes into the game, Viganego's 康俊剑 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Felice Morini made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Fausto Boldrini made the kick off in the second half. If Anthony Gaudino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When 康俊剑 came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Viganego fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 康俊剑 couldn't finish the play. If 康俊剑 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anthony Gaudino might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Felice Morini. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anthony Gaudino ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 66 minutes, 康俊剑 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viganego's supporters crossed their fingers, but 康俊剑 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Certenoli FC's Donato Santalucia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cesare Fabrizi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cesare Fabrizi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Boldrini in the 79th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the game, Anthony Gaudino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Viganego's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Certenoli FC the free kick. A collision led to Viganego getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Anthony Gaudino hit a great ball. Viganego made a substitution. Anselmo Russo replaced Dennis Cruciani. An unexpectedly hard shot by 康俊剑 in the 86th minute of play forced Certenoli FC's goalkeeper Felice Morini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 89 played minutes Certenoli FC got a freekick which was hit by Franco Battista.
