Ferdinando Presutti made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Augusto Colaneri sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Augusto Colaneri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gallo's supporters rose to their feet, but Augusto Colaneri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferdinando Presutti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Augusto Colaneri struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Ferdinando Presutti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gallo. Augusto Colaneri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC FORZA NAPOLI's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Bruno Marcelli scored to the left of an out of position Ferdinando Presutti, making the score, 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christian Colucci in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enzo Cardano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ermanno Marinelli hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Augusto Colaneris short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Ferdinando Presutti to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Augusto Colaneri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Ferdinando Presutti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC FORZA NAPOLI's Alvaro Baciadonne got a free kick in the 30th minute. When Alberto Fallito fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC FORZA NAPOLI's protests and gave Alberto Fallito a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC FORZA NAPOLI's Alberto Fallito got a free kick in the 37th minute. After having played for 40 minutes, Christian Colucci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC FORZA NAPOLI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Colucci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Augusto Colaneri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ferdinando Presutti having to make a save. 43 minutes into the match, FC FORZA NAPOLI's goalkeeper Ferdinando Presutti had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bruno Marcelli.

Ferdinando Presutti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Marcelli in the 54th minute of play. In the 56th match minute, FC FORZA NAPOLI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Demetrio Catucci to maneuver through the defense. It was a well-played corner which Fabio Marcantonio managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Edmondo Terenzi charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edmondo Terenzi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 62nd minute, one of FC FORZA NAPOLI:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC FORZA NAPOLI. Bruno Marcelli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ferdinando Presutti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Dave Bertolini hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 71st of the match, Christian Colucci tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Enzo Cardano got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 81st minute, Bruno Marcelli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gallo's Bruno Marcelli got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. During the 89th minute of the match Alvaro Baciadonne completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Alvaro Baciadonne a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a defensive mix-up in FC FORZA NAPOLI's zone, Augusto Colaneri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ferdinando Presutti came out of the goal and Augusto Colaneri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Bruno Marcelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute, Ciro Tana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of FC FORZA NAPOLI booed when Gallo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Camerlengo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Gallo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
