After 8 played minutes, FC Sboccarda's Ferruccio Russi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ermanno Taglieri came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Sboccarda reached it. Armin Pietrini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute, Cesare Ascani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cesare Ascani got free with Ermanno Taglieri in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 26th minute of the match Christian Nazzaro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cesare Pellicciotta skillfully saved the ball. When Camillo Bravo fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Sboccarda's protests and gave Camillo Bravo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Sboccarda's Camillo Bravo got a free kick in the 30th minute. Armin Pietrini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cesare Ascani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermanno Taglieri having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Corrado Sforza managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Sboccarda's supporters rose to their feet, but Corrado Sforza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermanno Taglieri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Sboccarda's Cesare Ascani got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Corrado Sforza might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ermanno Taglieri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Corrado Sforza ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 63rd minute of the game. One of FC Sboccarda:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of F.C.AcciPikkia:s goal. In the 65th minute, Florian Pennetta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, FC Sboccarda's Carlo Pedroni got a free kick in the 66th minute. Armin Pietrini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of F.C.AcciPikkia booed when FC Sboccarda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Meazza didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 70 minutes, Armin Pietrini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C.AcciPikkia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armin Pietrini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. F.C.AcciPikkia's Ermanno Taglieri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesare Ascani in the 74th minute of play. Ermanno Taglieri came out of the goal and Cesare Ascani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Sboccarda's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
