An unexpectedly hard shot by Amerigo Tullio in the 9th minute of play forced Gli Orsi AFC's goalkeeper Filippo Del Giudice to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filippo Del Giudice showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Di Nardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Gli Orsi AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Amerigo Tullio came free, but Filippo Del Giudice reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 13 minutes of play, Gli Orsi AFC's Amos Gargano made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amedeo Fantini was left in no man's land by his defense there! Filippo Del Giudice made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Perazzolo in the 19th minute of play. Amedeo Fantini made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Leonid Vlasov sent off a good shot on target. With 22 minutes on the clock, Luisinho Gaúcho commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 21st minute, one of Gli Orsi AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gli Orsi AFC. The referee gave Valgatara AFC a penalty, 24 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Fedele Del Nero, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Gli Orsi AFC's Filippo Del Giudice. 1-2. Amos Gargano kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amerigo Tullio during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Valgatara AFC's Amerigo Tullio got a free kick in the 29th minute. After a rather tough play, Gli Orsi AFC's Ernesto Bucciarelli got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 41st minute Amerigo Tullio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filippo Del Giudice saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Augusto De Palma was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 43rd minute. Gli Orsi AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Through an outstanding action, after 43 minutes, Amedeo Fantini successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A nice corner shot did that Davide Pio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Amedeo Fantini quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Filippo Del Giudice took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Di Nardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amerigo Tullio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Amedeo Fantini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davide Pio in the 52nd minute of play. With a little luck, Gli Orsi AFC's Filippo Del Giudice got control of the ball when Emilio Di Nardo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Valgatara AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto De Palma came free, but Amedeo Fantini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filippo Del Giudice made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emilio Di Nardo in the 60th minute. Amos Gargano kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Valgatara AFC's Amedeo Fantini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto De Palma in the 69th minute of play. Amedeo Fantini came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Gli Orsi AFC's Davide Pio. But to his dismay, Davide Pio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 75th minute Augusto De Palma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amedeo Fantini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 77 minutes of play, Valgatara AFC's Emilio Di Nardo made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Filippo Del Giudice was left in no man's land by his defense there! 81 minutes into the game, Christian Piretti threw the ball into play from the sideline. Gli Orsi AFC's Amos Gargano quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. When Gli Orsi AFC's Augusto De Palma in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Valgatara AFC's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Valgatara AFC defense, Augusto De Palma kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amedeo Fantini. The Valgatara AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amedeo Fantini should have stopped the shot. In the 91st minute Davide Pio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amedeo Fantini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filippo Del Giudice showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amerigo Tullio in the 92nd minute of the match. When Augusto De Palma came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Gli Orsi AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto De Palma couldn't finish the play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
