After 11 minutes, Alessio Bartolomucci mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 2013 Lokomotive Morbegno and the Zelarino players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, 2013 Lokomotive Morbegno's Alessio Bartolomucci got a free kick in the 11th minute. Anthony Bianchi acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 12th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Edoardo Filice. When Felice Maccioni fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zelarino's protests and gave Felice Maccioni a yellow card for diving instead. Felice Maccioni hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Zelarino's Carmine Candeloro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damiano Luzi in the 19th minute of play. Anthony Bianchi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edoardo Mammarella in the 22nd minute. Edoardo Mammarella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anthony Bianchi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felice Maccioni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlo Felice kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. In the 35th minute, 2013 Lokomotive Morbegno's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Edoardo Mammarella fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 38 minutes into the match, Zelarino's Felice Maccioni sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anthony Bianchi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Daniele Lavatrice took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Carmine Candeloro. Zelarino's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Edoardo Filice hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Damiano Luzi to make the kick off. Carlo Felice kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Anthony Bianchi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felice Maccioni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Zelarino booed when 2013 Lokomotive Morbegno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amerigo Casadei didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Felice Maccioni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carmine Candeloro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alessio Bartolomucci in the 69th minute. Felice Maccioni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 76 minutes, Felice Maccioni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zelarino's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felice Maccioni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Edoardo Mammarella's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anthony Bianchi was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Ciccio Maia in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Carmine Candeloro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of Zelarino booed when 2013 Lokomotive Morbegno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlo Felice didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amedeo Chizzo hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Felice Maccioni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 93 minutes, Felice Maccioni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zelarino's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felice Maccioni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Felice Maccioni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edoardo Mammarella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anthony Bianchi having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Zelarino fully deserved thier win.
