Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Adriano Pasquale started the match with the kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Angelo Porreca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Juventus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Porreca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 8th match minute, IronMel FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damiano Orioli to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, IronMel FC's Damiano Orioli got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute, Attilio Alberico sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and IronMel FC's Alexander Genovesi didn't even have to move. Alexander Genovesi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Porreca in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, FC Juventus's goalkeeper Filippo Faiella had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Demetrio Verdecchia. Arturo Anastasi kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. The supporters of IronMel FC booed when FC Juventus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Anastasi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 22 played minutes FC Juventus got a freekick which was hit by Alberigo Zaino. Demetrio Verdecchia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filippo Faiella having to interfere. Angelo Porreca struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Alexander Genovesi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Juventus. The supporters of FC Juventus booed when IronMel FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camillo Pasquino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Attilio Alberico took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alexander Genovesi. IronMel FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Alex Delle Donne managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Juventus's supporters rose to their feet, but Alex Delle Donne was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexander Genovesi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alex Delle Donne stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Angelo Porreca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filippo Faiella took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Pasquale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alex Delle Donne received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alexander Genovesi came out and tried to block the shot, but Alex Delle Donne slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 79th minute. In the 84th minute, Alex Delle Donne ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexander Genovesi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After having played for 89 minutes, Damiano Orioli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. IronMel FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damiano Orioli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 95th minute Alex Delle Donne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Genovesi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind IronMel FC's goalkeeper Alexander Genovesi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
