Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ciro Pettinelli took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Case getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Filippo Selvaggi hit a great ball. In the 7th minute Diego Polito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlo Polmone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Concetto Di Mascio took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carlo Polmone. Carlo Polmone dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After some careless play in the Case defense, Concetto Di Mascio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlo Polmone. The Case fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlo Polmone should have stopped the shot. In the 23rdth minute of the game Concetto Di Mascio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Case's Carlo Polmone was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 26th match minute, Case was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmondo Moretti to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Aldo Oddi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Case's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldo Oddi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristiano Costacurta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, A.S Slipknot's Cristiano Costacurta got control of the ball when Aldo Oddi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 34 minutes, Franco Marzo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A.S Slipknot and the Case players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Case booed when A.S Slipknot was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franco Marzo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A.S Slipknot's Cristiano Costacurta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save A.S Slipknot from getting a goal against them. Ciro Pettinelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Cristiano Costacurta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diego Polito made a kick off. Cristiano Costacurta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filippo Selvaggi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 56 minutes of play, Case's Aldo Oddi made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristiano Costacurta was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aldo Oddi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Cristiano Costacurta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind A.S Slipknot's goalkeeper Cristiano Costacurta, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristiano Costacurta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Oddi, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 79th minute, Concetto Di Mascio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carlo Polmone was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Aldo Oddi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Cristiano Costacurta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in A.S Slipknot's zone, Aldo Oddi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristiano Costacurta came out of the goal and Aldo Oddi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
