Olgiate Olona's Alfredo Di Nardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damiano Silvestre in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Cocca in the 10th minute of play forced Malandriano AFC's goalkeeper Alessio Di Nino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olgiate Olona's Carmine Pace got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Ferdinando Di Croce managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malandriano AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferdinando Di Croce was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfredo Di Nardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alessio Di Nino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carmine Pace's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Olgiate Olona's goal looked a bit too open when Damiano Silvestre came free, but Alfredo Di Nardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Malandriano AFC defense, Carmine Pace kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alessio Di Nino. The Malandriano AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alessio Di Nino should have stopped the shot. After 34 minutes of play, Olgiate Olona's Carmine Pace made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alessio Di Nino was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 42ndth minute of the game Carmine Pace who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Malandriano AFC's Alessio Di Nino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 44th minute, Carmine Pace got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Malandriano AFC's Alessio Di Nino got control of the ball when Carmine Pace tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 82 played minutes Corrado Signori rounded Malandriano AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. Adriano Piccinini hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Olgiate Olona's Carmine Pace was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 91st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Olgiate Olona's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
