Alessio Vitale hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Villa's Amerigo Foddis got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Laipacco's Bruno Orrore got control of the ball when Cesare Di Tommaso tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 60 played minutes Laipacco got a freekick which was hit by Federico Pellegrini.
