Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 10 minutes into the match, Carlo Pozzoli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Biagio Panico. San Biggio FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlo Pozzoli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Ciro Ferreri fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Biggio FC's protests and gave Ciro Ferreri a yellow card for diving instead. The audience held their breath when Edoardo Di Blasio in the 17th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Biagio Panico's left hand side. Ermanno Preda kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, San Biggio FC's Antonello Arcangeli got a free kick in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the match, San Biggio FC's Armando Dorigatti broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Anthony Bracco scored 0-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Biagio Panico, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 29 minutes into the game, Dave Di Renzo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Biggio FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Biggio FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, San Biggio FC's Dave Di Renzo got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute Anthony Bracco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biagio Panico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the San Biggio FC defense, Concetto Bozzo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damiano Vasco. The San Biggio FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damiano Vasco should have stopped the shot. When San Biggio FC's Carlo Pozzoli in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye San Biggio FC's goalie prevented a goal. Ennio Torri struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Damiano Vasco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Biggio FC. In the 49th minute Carlo Pozzoli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Biagio Panico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The San Biggio FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. San Biggio FC were winning 1-3.

The wind increased when Carlo Pozzoli made the kick off in the second half. If Carlo Pozzoli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Biagio Panico didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 63rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-4. If Anthony Bracco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 79th minute, San Biggio FC's Carlo Pozzoli ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Biagio Panico. Biagio Panico yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. Anthony Bracco received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Biagio Panico came out and tried to block the shot, but Anthony Bracco slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 82nd minute. Dave Di Renzo was shown his second yellow card after 86 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 87 played minutes San Biggio FC got a freekick which was hit by Dave Di Renzo. Ennio Torri charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ennio Torri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ennio Torri hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Biagio Panico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Pozzoli in the 92nd minute of play. Anthony Bracco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Biagio Panico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Anthony Bracco left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The San Biggio FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-7. When the match was over San Biggio FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than San Biggio FC throughout the match.
