Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Biagio Alonzi started the match with the kick off. Biagio Alonzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Franco Natale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Fc Radio Deejay's goal looked a bit too open when Antonello Cinalli came free, but Ernesto Santini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Pegli AFC booed when Fc Radio Deejay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthony Clementi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antonello Cinalli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Ernesto Santini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antonello Cinalli in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernesto Santini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Franco Marinacci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Biagio Alonzi in the 21st minute of play forced Pegli AFC's goalkeeper Franco Natale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Biagio Alonzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franco Natale having to interfere. Filippo Tornese kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Biagio Alonzi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Franco Natale was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Franco Marinacci took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Franco Natale to make any attempt to save it. When Biagio Celli fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pegli AFC's protests and gave Biagio Celli a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Pegli AFC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Biagio Celli hit a great ball. Franco Natale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Biagio Alonzi in the 37th minute of the match. When Fc Radio Deejay's Biagio Alonzi in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pegli AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 40th minute Biagio Alonzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franco Natale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Fc Radio Deejay's Biagio Alonzi in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pegli AFC's goalie prevented a goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alberto Pedrelli was the one to do the kick off. Biagio Celli was shown his second yellow card after 54 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Fc Radio Deejay booed when Pegli AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Biagio Celli didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Franco Marinacci in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Franco Natale saved Pegli AFC from getting behind. If Franco Marinacci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Franco Marinacci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Franco Natale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 83 minutes, Alberto Pedrelli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pegli AFC and the Fc Radio Deejay players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience was convinced that Biagio Alonzi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Franco Natale was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. After having played for 95 minutes, Biagio Alonzi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Radio Deejay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Biagio Alonzi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Franco Marinacci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fc Radio Deejay walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
