Anselmo Cala charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anselmo Cala the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 12 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Coviolo FC! After a rather tough play, Olme's Dennis Zarillo got a free kick in the 30th minute. Coviolo FC's Edoardo Pizzi shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 31st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Aldo Ciolli but with some difficulty. Olme's Aldo Ciolli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniele Del Giudice in the 33rd minute of play. A collision led to Olme getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Alberto Carbonetti hit a great ball. Aldo Ciolli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniele Del Giudice in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute, Olme's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniele Del Giudice fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post.

The wind increased when Daniele Del Giudice made the kick off in the second half. Dennis Zarillo struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Ferruccio Laurenti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olme. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Moreschi in the 55th minute of play forced Coviolo FC's goalkeeper Ferruccio Laurenti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Augusto Moreschi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ferruccio Laurenti having to make a save. Aldo Ciolli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Juliano in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Augusto Moreschi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ferruccio Laurenti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Moreschi in the 65th minute of play. Coviolo FC's Ferruccio Laurenti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Coviolo FC from getting a goal against them. Alvaro Lizzi hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Olme's zone, Daniele Del Giudice stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aldo Ciolli came out of the goal and Daniele Del Giudice tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 77 played minutes Olme got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Zarillo. 86 minutes into the game, Olme's Alberigo Cardano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ferruccio Laurenti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Olme's Augusto Moreschi got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 93 played minutes Augusto Moreschi rounded Coviolo FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. If Alberigo Cardano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
