With a little luck, Z-Team's Fedele Senatore got control of the ball when Flavio Traini tried to sneak it across the goal line. Frank Castelli took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fedele Senatore. Fedele Senatore dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. A collision led to Avesa getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Flavio Traini hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the game, Z-Team's Cristiano Silveri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alessio De Tommasi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 33 minutes into the match, Flavio Traini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fedele Senatore. Z-Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Flavio Traini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. If Flavio Traini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petros Tavanidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alberto Di Iorio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristiano Silveri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alessio De Tommasi having to interfere.

The wind increased when Cristiano Silveri made the kick off in the second half. If Petros Tavanidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alessio De Tommasi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Petros Tavanidis went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Avesa's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Comunardo Polito scored to the left of an out of position Alessio De Tommasi, making the score, 2-4. Armando Colantoni hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. If Cristiano Silveri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petros Tavanidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Z-Team's Petros Tavanidis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alessio De Tommasi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 76th minute, Cristiano Silveri reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Alessio De Tommasi. The goal made the score 2-5. When Cristiano Silveri came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Z-Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristiano Silveri couldn't finish the play. 81 minutes into the game, Anfilogino Pellicciotta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Avesa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Z-Team the free kick. A collision led to Avesa getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Anfilogino Pellicciotta hit a great ball. 82 minutes into the match, Avesa's goalkeeper Alessio De Tommasi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Petros Tavanidis. Avesa's Alessio De Tommasi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Silveri in the 86th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Petros Tavanidis got free with Alessio De Tommasi in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 90 minutes into the game, Armin Pierdomenico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Avesa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Z-Team the free kick. Alessio De Tommasi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Di Iorio in the 91st minute of the match. Alberto Di Iorio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Z-Team played a much better game than Avesa and deserved their victory. The Avesa players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
