Magenta Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pilastrello the free kick. After 17 played minutes Magenta Team got a freekick which was hit by Felice Stefano. 22 minutes into the match, Pilastrello's goal looked a bit too open when Aurelio Bardella came free, but Christian Troiani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christian Troiani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Pavlu in the 29th minute of the match. Emiliano Cianci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Loiacono, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 36th minute, Eraldo Corelli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pilastrello fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Emiliano Cianci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Loiacono, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 46 played minutes Magenta Team got a freekick which was hit by Felice Stefano. The Magenta Team players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pilastrello were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aurelio Bardella made a kick off. Anselmo Vasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Christian Troiani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Pilastrello's Fedele Rulli got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 63rd minute Aurelio Bardella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Troiani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anselmo Vasco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Christian Troiani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Pilastrello's Armin Rainaldi got a free kick in the 68th minute. Magenta Team's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Eraldo Corelli scored to the left of an out of position Emiliano Cianci, making the score, 0-2. Aurelio Loiacono succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 74th playminute. In the 80th play minute Aurelio Loiacono came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Emiliano Cianci. 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Aurelio Loiacono managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pilastrello's supporters rose to their feet, but Aurelio Loiacono was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emiliano Cianci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Magenta Team's Emiliano Cianci got control of the ball when Aurelio Loiacono tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Magenta Team getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Bruno Pavlu hit a great ball. Emiliano Cianci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eraldo Corelli in the 95th minute of the match. Anselmo Vasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Pilastrello players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
